STRESSED OF STRESS??


Humans , the most incredible creatures of this universe!! Isn't it? They can do whatever their mind says ... Whatever they desire to do...!

Let's talk about the major issue revolving currently in this world!!! 
Just a small word of 6 letters..   
           "STRESS"
Which nowadays have been very common to face within... Not even a small child is bared for it!!!  A small boy of 5 years upto an old man of 90 years faces the problems!! But is stress a compulsion for the problems? Obviously a big NO is the answer....

People react differently to stressful situations. What is stressful for one person may not be stressful for another, and almost any event can potentially cause stress. For some people, just thinking about a trigger or several smaller triggers can cause stress.

Sometimes people with whom you r the most closest make you sad... It can also be due to your own over expectations!!! Not always though!!! Sometimes it just bangs up your mind , makes you feel unwanted , takes your mind a place where nothing seems right!!! U feel so low that it makes you sick of thinking on the same topic... You start getting affected by it. You get mood swings. And mainly the most shit happens when the temper of one person gets on to another !! And you feel helpless after few hours ... 
This all situation just gives a guilt for yourself of what u have been doing and behaving for a while!!!
Yes happens to everyone at some point of your life!!! 
So I would ask you a question!

ARE YOU IN STRESS??




If your answer is yes then you really need to make time for yourself...  If something is eating you up inside let it fade away out! 

Just go to a peaceful place, take a deep breath just for 2-3 min ... Think about it not more than 5 minutes... If it really matters for you , go back and sort it out!! So you feel better...

And if it doesn't matter to you... Just never give a look back to it!!!

Stress shuts our thinking process down. We tend to hold fixed ideas about how we think things in life should turn out , and fixed ideas about how we want them to turn out. However, these fixed ideas may be in opposition to how things are actually going in reality. When we cannot get ourselves out of a painful situation into workable solutions, it is wise to seek advice from others who are more experienced. This outside advice can do wonders when it comes to opening our mind and making us feel less alone and more supported. We all need support of our closed ones at some point of our life we stand.  


You have the only power to change your mind, your emotions !!!  

Make yourself so strong that mind should overtake your emotions!!! 


Who the hell you are to interrupt!!!

So freak out your stress!! And live a chilled life...


Why to be sad in such silly reasons and waste ur time thinking about it??  


You should try to keep things in perspective and remember that having a bad day is a universal human experience.

When your inner critic finds faults,try and find truth and exception of what is being said. If you feel you have failed, don't beat yourself up.

And most importantly...

It should be like MY LIFE MY RULES...

Take a few minutes each day to appreciate yourself

Listen rocking music... It upgrades your energy level..!! Brings a new enthusiasm! 

Go outside... Have a walk in the garden...
Play with a baby which unknowingly will bring a smile on your face , relieving all your shits!!

Grow up and give a direction to your goals...

This stupid reasons are never gonna make you reach to your Destination!!! 

BECAUSE TODAY IS ALWAYS THE BEGINNING TO CREATE A DIFFERENCE..!!
